To help us respond faster, include the email address on your Listfit account and, if your question is about a specific scan or archive action, the scan date or job ID as shown in your dashboard. Never send us your Mailchimp API key — Listfit reads it once at connection; we will never ask for it over email.
Free vs. Standard support
Both plans are supported by email. As described on our pricing section, the Free plan includes community support and Standard includes priority email support.
