Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Listfit product at listfit.app. The AVSaaS company-wide Terms of Service also apply and govern any areas not specifically addressed here. By creating a Listfit account or connecting a Mailchimp account, you agree to both documents.
1. The Service
Listfit scores contacts in your Mailchimp audience using engagement signals (open rate, click rate, recency), provides a tier-boundary savings estimate showing how many contacts to archive to lower your Mailchimp billing tier, and offers an optional one-click archive tool for Standard plan subscribers. The service does not guarantee specific savings — results depend on your list composition and Mailchimp's current pricing at the time of each scan.
2. Mailchimp Connection
You connect Listfit to your Mailchimp account by providing your Mailchimp API key. You represent that you have administrator-level access to the Mailchimp account you connect and the authority to grant this access. You may disconnect at any time by removing the key from your Listfit account settings. Listfit uses the key only to read engagement data for scoring and to submit archive requests you explicitly confirm.
3. Archive Feature
The archive feature (Standard plan only) removes contacts from your Mailchimp audience via Mailchimp's soft archive — not a hard delete. Mailchimp retains soft-archived contacts and you can restore them from your Mailchimp account. You are solely responsible for selecting which contacts to archive. AVSaaS is not liable for the archival of contacts you did not intend to archive. We recommend reviewing the archive queue carefully before confirming.
4. Savings Estimates
Tier-boundary savings estimates are calculated based on Mailchimp's published pricing tiers and your current contact count. They are estimates, not guarantees. Actual savings depend on Mailchimp's pricing at the time of your next billing cycle, which may differ from the estimate. Treat estimates as one data point, not a contractual commitment.
5. Subscription and Cancellation
The Standard plan is billed at $29/month flat. Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you revert to the Free plan with read-only scorecard access. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. There are no per-contact or usage-based charges on the Listfit side.
6. Limitation of Liability
AVSaaS is not liable for losses resulting from contact archives you authorize, Mailchimp API changes or outages, savings estimates that differ from actual billing outcomes, or scan results that are inaccurate due to incomplete or incorrect engagement data from Mailchimp. Our total liability for any Listfit-related claim is limited to the fees you paid for Listfit in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue any feature of Listfit. For changes that materially reduce functionality, we will provide 60 days' notice. For discontinuation of the entire service, we will provide 90 days' notice and ensure you can export all your data before shutdown.
