This page explains, in plain language, what you are agreeing to when you give Listfit your email address — whether by joining the waitlist, creating an account, or providing an email for account communications. It is consistent with, and governed by, our Privacy Policy.
What you're opting in to
When you provide your email address to Listfit, you are consenting to receive:
- Account and service notices. Essential messages about your account — sign-in confirmations, billing notices, scan completion notifications, and material changes to the service or to these terms.
- Waitlist updates. If you joined the waitlist, a message when a slot becomes available, and occasional updates on availability.
What we won't do
We do not use your email address for marketing. Your email is stored encrypted and used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or rent your email address. Listfit reads Mailchimp engagement data to score your contacts — it never reads the email addresses of your Mailchimp contacts for use in our own communications.
